Terms of service

These terms govern your use of PharmaConnect, the WhatsApp ordering and reminder service provided by Syntegrate Consulting (FZE) (“PharmaConnect”, “we”) to customers of participating pharmacies. By messaging a pharmacy through PharmaConnect on WhatsApp, or by using the linked portal, you agree to these terms.

What PharmaConnect does

PharmaConnect lets you order products from your pharmacy and receive reminders over WhatsApp. It is a communication and ordering tool. It does not dispense medicines and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always follow the guidance of your pharmacist or doctor.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when placing an order.
• Use the service only for its intended purpose, and not to send unlawful, abusive or fraudulent messages.
• Understand that your pharmacy, not PharmaConnect, is responsible for the products supplied, prices and any medical guidance.

Orders and availability

Orders placed through PharmaConnect are reviewed and fulfilled by your pharmacy, and are subject to availability and your pharmacy’s own policies on payment, collection or delivery, and returns. PharmaConnect passes the order to your pharmacy but is not a party to the sale and never takes payment.

Messaging

By using PharmaConnect you agree to receive service messages, such as order updates and reminders, over WhatsApp. Marketing messages are sent only with your separate consent, and you can opt out at any time.

Liability

PharmaConnect is provided “as is”. We aim to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syntegrate Consulting (FZE) is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PharmaConnect after a change means you accept the updated terms.
