No. PharmaConnect does not dispense, diagnose or give medical advice. It takes the customer’s order or request and passes it to your pharmacy, and your pharmacist decides.

The customer sends a photo of the prescription on WhatsApp. Your pharmacist reviews it in the portal and decides. PharmaConnect never approves a prescription.

No. It is your pharmacy’s own WhatsApp assistant. The customer talks to your pharmacy, and the relationship stays with you. If you offer delivery, you use your own delivery arrangements.

Your pharmacy. Customers pay on collection or delivery, or through your own payment provider. PharmaConnect never takes payment.

Yes. The whole conversation works in Arabic and English, and customers choose their language.

Either. You can start on the PharmaConnect number, or add your own dedicated number so customers see your pharmacy’s name.

PharmaConnect takes the order and saves it, and tells the customer when you open and that you will confirm it then. The order is waiting in your portal when you arrive.

It depends on your pharmacy. A single pharmacy can start once its products are set up. Groups with integrations, a large catalogue and skin care product details need a planned onboarding, and we agree the timeline with you.

Yes. Marketing messages are sent only with consent, customers can opt out at any time, and they can decline back-in-stock notices.
