From a QR code to an order your pharmacist confirms

What your customer does

Scans your QR code
The code on your counter or poster opens WhatsApp with a message ready to send. Every branch has its own code, so the customer is linked to your pharmacy.

Chats in their language
Arabic or English, at any hour. They can browse everyday products, ask for a skin consultation or ask for a call back.

Sends the order
By product name, or with a photo of the box or the prescription. They check the basket and tap Confirm order.

Answers your pharmacist
If your pharmacist suggests an alternative, the customer accepts or declines on WhatsApp, then collects the order or receives it by delivery where you offer it.

Stays in touch
Reminders, back-in-stock notices and campaigns, sent only when they are wanted and never in the middle of a chat.
Open for orders, even when you are closed
A customer who messages at night is not left waiting for an answer. The order is taken and saved, and the customer is told when you open and that you will confirm it then.
